Cannot delete Caller ID app - annoying

I have a Galaxy S. Trying to uninstall this annoying free voice caller ID app....ads galore.

First I tried to disable it by unclicking the Enable button, but it still announces every call, message, etc. So I thought I could simply uninstall the app.

I held down on the icon then dragged it to the trash can. Well, the icon is gone but the darn app is still announcing every call.

How do I uninstall this app when I cannot even locate it?

Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Caller ID > Clear data > Uninstall

Thanks, but.....when I go to Manage Applications . All....

the Caller ID app is not listed......therefore I cannot clear then uninstall...yet when I get an incoming call....the app is announcing the caller.

Any ideas?

I already reset my phone twice because this application. it's so annoying now suddenly coming back aaarrgghh......!!!!

Did you do a full factory reset?
Clear system cache?

Yes I reset to factory set. So far it's the only way to remove it T_T
