Root When do you think to un-root be available

When do you think to un-root your phone if you have it rooted be available..I'm just asking because you never know if something happens to your phone and you need go to metro or send the phone back..I have mine rooted I'm not doing nothing to it like rums and stuff till there is a un-root.I know I want to Freeze some apps not remove them..that I don't use but always keeps running."like "my etxra..mailmetro..".But when do you think the un-root your phone be available?

Unrooting is rather easy. Use root explorer and delete superuser.apk from the /system/app folder. Go to the Android market and download and install super user. Use root explorer again and delete su from /system/bin. Go to the market and uninstall super user. Now you are unrooted.
