she is not able to load skype.

What exactly do you mean by this? Does it not install? Does it give you an error? Does it install but wont open?

Please any help/ is this the update firmware version?

Not sure if that's the newest version, but to check, go to settings-system updates.

I mean skype will not load, when it gets to skype .com she try to get skype for Android (is that the right one to choose? ) now skype is the background on the Tablet.

Can you please giveme a step by step on how to load skype please.

Go to the Android Market on the tablet, and search for Skype.

Please I said earlier that it has been downloaded but it shows as background wallpaper on the desktop.

Please when you go to the search and get to skype do u download skype for Windows or linux or mac/os etc.

I do know how to load skype on regular systems but am far from home and have never used these tablet before so just telling me to tell her to go to Andriod market alone does not help because am transfering to my wife who has the product.

That why I ask for step by step and I think so step is missing Please.

Huh? Android tablets do not have a "desktop wallpaper". And if it did, an app wouldn't be the background, a picture would.

Um neither, when you go to the Android Market, there is only ONE version to download, the android version. You don't have a choice.

Again, that's what you need to do. You go on the tablet, tap the Android Market icon, and search Skype, then Hit download.

Does the tablet have the Android Market on it? It seems like you are trying to download it from the web browser. That may not work. Alot of these less expensive tablets do not have the Android market on them. You can alternately download Skype for Android on the Amazon.com Android Market. The Amazon Market must first be downloaded though (if not already on the device). You can download it at the link below.

Which stock app? Why are you having no success? Does it give an error? Does it not sync?

That's something we cannot help you with. You need to contact your IT department or whoever hosts your email to get that.
