How can i use my TTS on Galaxy Mini. I installed it from SD card the example works, but i cant find an app or anything that uses TTS.

Yes, you can use TTS, make sure you check Accessibilty and TalkBack option there then your device will read everything on the screen back to you! You can also use this feature for text to speech in Reader app like Aldiko premium and Fora Dictionary too. :) There are many other app that can use TTS... :)
