Seriously Verizon...Get your SH#T together! The 3rd, the 10th, the 11th...
Just release the damm phone already!

Very annoying indeed! Once at&t or Sprint get they're LTE rolled out, I'm out!

I'm still fighting tooth and nail with vzw to get my account credited for a BlackBerry that was returned 2 months ago. Hate them!

Though in all honesty Sean you gotta admit they must have a very hard time keeping track of your records. Hell you go through phones faster than most people go through tooth brushes. ;)

Sucks you're having trouble. It'll be 2015 before you leave though, when the others have real LTE networks. By then VZW will be onto 6G!

I've never had an issue VZW couldn't resolve for me. While often a bit clueless their CSR's have always resolved every issue I've had to MY satisfaction. Not to mention their network is unrivaled. So long as I keep my unlimited data, I'll never leave!

But I'm spot on with receipts, order numbers, tracking numbers, and all that stuff.

They're tryin to jerk me for almost $300 saying they never received a BB. However,when I shot out the tracking number saying it was received and what not, I get ohh maybe the box got damaged, or blah blah! Hush and apply my credit please....lol

yeah i agree.

the rules about "3 of the same phones in X time before we send a different model" is dumb but understandable. with all my thunderbolt problems and now bionic problems, the district manager made it right and is giving me a Razr. try that with at&t and apple.. ;)

and lose your unlimited data and get stuck with tiered plans at at&t. good luck.:p

Trust me...he has nothing on me. This year alone: Droid X (the sixth or seventh Droid X verizon sent me), Incredible (from ebay), thunderbolt (ebay), Incredible 2 (ebay), Bionic (verizon), back to the I2, and now waiting on the Razr. Verizon's fault, really. I loved the Droid x, but Verizon kept sending me defective phones. I bought the Incredible on my own, but hated the battery life and small screen (otherwise a great phone). The thunderbolt was a disaster for all the known reasons. The Incredible 2 is great. No issues, besides the screen being a little small. But Verizon gave me an upgrade, which I used to bet the bionic. They threatened to revoke it if I returned the phone. Ultimately, I called their bluff and did return the bionic. However, they allowed me to keep the upgrade.

Sad thing is, I have had better luck with phones from eBay.

I'm really looking forward to the Razr (I pre-ordered), but and really disappointed that there is a chance it will be delivered after the 11th. I don't get the impression they will ship for arrival on the 11th.

Dude, you have got to count the seven Droid Xs sent via Verizon. :-)

Okay you got me beat.

And for the Droid Razr, you're right, I will only trust Verizon Wireless. Just in case there are bugs. For the older phones, ebay is pretty safe. Never get phones where the sellers do not allow returns.

7? Damm man! I would have Given up after 3 and had vzw switch me to another model. At that time though I don't think there was anything on vzw quite as powerful as the X....so yea, I get the whole maybe the next one will be better thing!
Oh well, hope for the best with the Razr on the 1st try...wishful thinking...lol

I believe that some will get lucky and get their Razr's on the 10th, but I think most of us who preordered will get ours on the 11th.

Damn! The main reason I returned the Bionic was the camera. I noted the same issues that everyone else complained about. Otherwise, I liked the phone, even with the pentile screen. If the Razr has the same issues, there is no point in me getting it. I may opt for one of the other two newbies (Gnex or Rezound).

I wonder if the software is the issue again.

Edit: on second thought, having looked at the Bionic thread, I am probably better off with the Razr.

Back on to the topic of this thread. I spoke with a Verizon Rep yesterday and asked about the 11:11 am time. If it is set in stone, due to the fact that I am headed on a getaway that morning. She said they will not sale the RAZR until 11:11 am. Dang it! I was kinda hoping that it was just marketing. But NO, they are serious.

Lol i can verify this as correct. Just got off the phone with a rep at a nearby store and said I couldnt purchase it before that time in store but could pre-order.

Good news is that they have a working demo that I can look at today. Ill be heading there later.
