Root Rooted my phone

I've rooted my phone. I have the superuser app on my phone. Now I want to get flash player, a new ROM (Custom homescreen thing that takes out the useless apps and widgets) and custom boot up screen.
Can you help me, because I don't know how to do it.

I've also just rooted, I havent done anything else like backup because I dont know how.

Ooops... yeah - sorry... hadn't realised that ROM Manager was not good on all phones... I am not familiar with the Ace but, having just had a quick look in to it, I have found that ROM Manager can brick your phone... I will do a little more digging and see what I can find for you!!
