Help Getting pictures help

I was wondering if anyone is having problems sending or recieving pictures i cant get some from cellcom users anyone else having this problem.

Are you on cell data or wifi? If you're on wifi, then you can't get picture messages until you switch over to cell data. This is the only thing I can think of.

If this is about "MMS", that shouldn't make a difference afaik, as those are an "old" service like phone calls and text messages that also work when you're on WiFi because they don't use 3G/4G.

You can't receive pictures via MMS unless you're on cell data (3g or 4g). I've tried this and it doesn't work when you're on wifi.

cellcom? never heard of it. is it like a metro pcs?
