I have an issue with the Call Log. Maybe someone will be able to help me.

My issue is that the Call Log lists everyone you've contacted or has contacted you, even via text message. I know you can sort the list to show all calls, missed calls, etc., but every time I do that it resorts back to all by the next time I want to use it. Then I have to sort the list again. I don't understand why the text messages are part of the Call Log, they're not phone calls. They shouldn't even be there. Does anyone know of a way I can permanently keep the log of messages out of the Call Log, so it is a list of only phone calls I've made, received or missed? It's one of the few headaches on an otherwise great phone. Thank you in advance.

As far as I know theres no fix for that, or if its really a big problem. Im sure for some people it is... I just hit the menu button and change the view to voice calla only. If you think about it, it really only takes a second. I know thats not the answer you wanted to hear sorry I couldnt be more of a help...

EDIR:: forgot to add that when I change the view to voice calls only, it stays like that until my phone is rebooted.

It looks like the list is staying sorted. I wonder if I just wasn't paying attention to when I had rebooted last and just assumed the list sort was being reset every time I left it. I don't use the call log all that much, so I bet that's what was going on. Thanks for your help.
