Root [ACS] Star-ScROM for Transform Ultra

Sorry guys. I didn't mean to offend anybody here. I respect the time and effort being put into the creation of all current and future mods of any device. I had a prevail for a few months before i got my transform ultra and the devs pwnd it and i rocked many of the mods. don't feel so bad guys. i was only giving credit to interdpth for his releases. sorry.

Interdpth I had to push this rom manually as I did with 0.45 (device not found again). Any ideas as to why it is doing this. Btw thanls for 0.5. Mms and swype working perfect :)
 
Negative. Running as admin, after I hit enter confirming debug, it tells me zergRush isnt found, make sure its unzipped (it is). That's as far as it goes.

I had the same problem with my first ultra and It ended up being the phone since I switched it out for a new one it works fine now. Hope this helps.
 
ok finially figured it out. could not execute "adb.exe shell mount -o remount,rw -t ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p15 /system" -> operation not permitted. so what i ended up doing was deleting that line and first reboot from the .bat file, open up a cmd window, "adb shell", "su", "mount -o remount,rw -t ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p15 /system". after that i ran the .bat file and bam, all the files were pushed, phone rebooted, here we go Star-ScROM 0.5

Edit: ok went back this morning and starting messing around to see what's up with this mount problem and for some reason I cannot duplicate the same procedure listed above. (Device not found AGAIN) does anyone with more knoledge than me know what could be causing this mount problem.
 
Hey guys,

I need your help. I know I PMed interdpth about this, but he must be busy. Anyway, I updated to the 0.6 version of the Star-ScROM; however, I cannot seem to access the StarSettings. I see the .apk of it in both data/app and system/app of Root Explorer; even changed its permissions and attempted to install it from there. No go.

Can anyone help me, please? I'd really like to try the native usb tethering as well. Thanks in advance!
 
Thanks interdpth, another case headed ur way either tommorow or Monday. Again manual push, had to push Rom/data to sdcard and copy over to /data from root explorer though because for some reason it gave permission denied. In ur honest opinion do you think I should just trade this phone in for a new one or do you think this can be fixed?

What is star-settings? Newbie here, first time rooting and flashing a custom ROM. It's easier than i thought. :D
 
Did anybody get a chance to use the native usb tethering feature yet without generating an Error 67? If so, please state your setup. My appreciation for all your hard work, interdpth!
