Are your downloads working today?

I've tried to download a few things for 10 cents and none of the downloads will start...my phone is working properly but i dunno they just won't start..

Edit: Right now it's saying I don't have enough space but I got 1.48gb left on my SD card...

Mine stopped working last night after I flashed a new rom. I thought it was the rom, so I restored my back up, still didn't work, I cleared cache and all that, I even unrooted and flashed back to stock, and it still doesn't work. I keep getting "download was unsuccessful please try again later" right now I am in the process of formatting my sd card to see if that helps. this sucks. also if I go on my computer to the android market, it will push apps to my phone through the online market...wth?

The 10 cent deals have caused download servers to become overloaded. It's not your device. Try downloading again at off-peak hours, or even tomorrow or the day after that.

I didn't even bother downloading the support files for games until 2 days after it went on sale, just to avoid the download frustration.

Edit: As long as Google Checkout has confirmed your purchase, that is.

Also, make sure you clear your market cache. Do this by:

Menu button (or app tray for Honeycomb +) > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All tab > Scroll to Market and tap it > Clear Data

but why would the website be able to push apps to my phone, but not from the market on my phone?

Try clearing your market cache with the instructions in my edit. I edited after realizing it may have been your phone's Market app doing it :) I was thinking the OP was talking about the secondary downloads people have to get.

I have cleared cache, reflashed gapps, unrooted, went back to stock, I even emailed google about the problem....nothing has worked. I am now rerooting and putting my phone back in order. The research I have done so far has not provided a solution...there are others with this problem though.

Can you download free apps without a problem?

Are the other people having this problem also on T-Mobile? Because I have a co-worker that has T-Mo and he says that he just has the app cost billed to him through T-Mo. You may have it set up to block extra charges to your T-Mo bill. Or maybe it's an opt-in feature. Which would explain why your phone (which bills through T-Mo) can't download apps but when you go through the web market, it does, because it references your credit card (and not through T-Mo).

No, this is not the problem. i cannot download any apps at all. Everything was working fine before that. I have tried everything I can think of. Also the market on my phone uses my debit card for payment, but I am not trying to even buy any apps right now, just get my market working again. this sucks. If I can't fix it, I will just have to use the website to get apps, which is kind of a pain.:(

I was kinda hoping it was the T-Mo billing thing. The only thing I have left to suggest is that, if you go back to being rooted, see if your recovery will allow you to format /system, /cache, and /data. Reinstall the ROM, reboot into recovery, wipe dalvik/cache, reflash gapps, reboot, and try again. If not, then check the permissions, make sure those are set right.
