Root Building ICS [ISAACS SOURCE] DEVS Only

Alright, I have decided to make this thread to see if anybody else attempts to make ICS from Isaacs Gitub.
It seems Isaac has a ICS branch and you can repo it.

repo init -u [URL="git://github.com/CyanogenMod/android.git"]git://github.com/ikarosdev/android.git[/URL] -b ics

Lets use this thread to keep all ICS builders in one place, so we can help each other out.
THE RULES
1. No Posting any finished builds unless permission is granted by Isaac or he has already sent out his build.
2. Please no none DEV posts or help on how to build from source, as you can receive that help from the "CM7 how to build from source" thread.
3. No ETA's

I have repo'd successfully and in the middle of syncing. It will probably take overnight but I will begin building in the morning.
Has anybody else attempted this yet?

I am syncing myself. I should be building later tonight. (20Mbit connection.. I must say, it ROCKS)
