Are you asking how to take a screenshot or how to post a picture?
Taking a screenshot = vol down + power button (at the same time)
Posting a picture...there's several ways to do it.
I've been sharing my screenshots to picasa and then copying the link and using that. There's a button above the reply box that has a picture of a mountain. Click that and it'll ask for the url. Paste in whatever the URL is for your picture. All it actually does is add
Alternatively, you can save the picture on your computer and there's some way to upload it, but I've never tried that...

I just dl'd extended controls. I don't love it, but you can make it transparent
This has happened to me a couple times. Rebooting the phone got it to show up in the widget section. The other time it just appeared after about 4 checks in there.

I ran into this issue with that widget and others. I've had to reboot my phone for some to even show up.
I'm not a big fan of app titles, so I made 'em go away!
How to change the app icon's like that? I like it
