Root COSMIC EXPERIA v3.6 FOR LG P350

i have lg optimus me and i still have not try to root it,or flash it
i know how to do that but i am scared is it going to be working fully,i know custom roms are even better than official ones,but in cm 7 the sound is distorsing and fm not work
is the phone more fast?or you must overclock it?
what is the kernal version used for this rom?
i support your work and soon i will try this rom:D
 
and i want to ask you is there any chance to port ics mod on our phone
i love my new phone:D
