PRL = Preferred Roaming List

It gives your phone access to the carrier's roaming partners' towers. (when roaming). So is bound to be different on different phones in different regions/areas. Don't freak out if your PRL is different from any other posted.
 
hows it going OTD? this new 2.1 a little bit fresher? I have had random annoying problems with 2.1 so far that are definitely tolerable but not something I want.
 
Do we need to delete the other 2.1 rom from the sd card before dragging this one on there? I'm using the patched one and want to put on the caddy version.

Yes, you will need to delete the other rom that's on the zip. So far install is going a lot quicker than the patched rom.

Edit: I'm already done. It's booting back up now. That was quick!

I don't think a green zone is available for this 2.1 dealio, amigo (no go-back to 1.5, but you can re-try the leak, as some are). ;)
 
Ok so here are my issues so far:

1. No new music app like the droid
2. No pinch to zoom even in Maps 4.0
3. The gmail sign in thing
4. For some reason i get no signal bars in my display until i call someone, then it jumps to three or four, until i hang up and drops to zero again.
5. links don't work in apps.
6. Weather app seems to default to Chicago IL, and not where i live.

Caddy, what third party browsers work?

For many people, including myself, this has only been a temporary thing.

How many times have you restarted since updating?
After the 3rd time, mine remembered the username/password.
 
So the leaked version from the one site didnt have the verizon logo on boot? I thought the one Caddy posted looked familiar I re-downloaded anyway but mine went smooth fast and has the verizon logo and what looks like normal HTC logo's.
 
So caddy's version is identical to the leak it seems. I personally had no install issues with the leak version.
