Yep state trooper...I wasn't driving on the shoulder...which I don't have to...so he offered me a driving with license revoked, driving without tags, driving an unregistered vehice, and driving without insurance...I tried driving on the shoulder to appease him and figured out I can't do that because it is dangerous and half the way to work there isn't a shoulder but a curb and sidewalk...
