Hi!

I'm looking for an app that supports running files (video, audio and imgs) remotely without syncing, copying or downloading to the phone in order to run it using SMB (windows shared files)

Any help!!!!

I'm biased on this being the developer, but check out FX File Explorer:

If you're concerned about it from a security angle: FX does not store or cache any audio/video content. Images viewed on remote servers are temporarily placed in the application cache directory.

That said, most popular file managers on the Android market that have SMB offer similar functionality.

I have a network storage and I have windows share, therefore I need to stream data (such as movies) directly on my phone. FX File Explorer has the functionality that I'm looking for but it seems it got lots of bugs (since its beta) when opening media files.
