So-called Visual Voicemail (Admire & Attain)

On the Attain, included in the monthly charge, the Visual Voicemail app gave both VM to text translation, and had a playable audio file.

On the Admire, it apparently costs extra to have one or both.

Why does that app act differently on each phone ?

What other apps are available to do voice mail to text, with or without that audio file ?

You want to search the Market / Play Store for: voice mail transcription

I don't use one, so I can't make a recommendation.

Why the app plays differently on the two phones, only Metro can say.

Hope this helps!

It was explained by a Metro rep that the OS of the Admire does not allow VisualVoice to be the same as the Attain. Kind of silly, since it's the same app.

With the Admire, one must pay $3/month extra to have:

a) the VM texted to you, thus it does into Text Messaging
b) the sound file screen

So two separate areas and not as good as the Attain and costs three dollars more. DISPOSITION: forgetaboutit.
