why is my phone activated?

my cousins phone at metropcs is activated but he never paid. does anyone no why or has anyone had this happen to them.

please help i just wanna figure this out.

Just go immediately to a MetroPCS corporate store and plead with them to deactivate your phone.

Oh man... nd i thought i waz tha only pne with that issue... this happens to me every time i forget to pay my bill.. bt... i only get internet connection nd no calls.. so i jst download google voice for msgs and groove ip to make calls over 4g.. i still wonder why diz happens to me also.. does anybody have any answers that can explain this.. bcuz its pretty cool eigther way..

i read somewhere that your 4g sim card doesnt get deactivated till 30 days after you didnt pay your bill and you loose your number. not sure where but ill try to find it.

I also read somewhere on the forums that they still let you use your 4G to pay the bill online on your phone lol

I think it's just the systems having different push times for the verifications
