Here are the files for the Metro PCS Score M
Driver setup:P020120216436387234095(1).exe - File Shared from Box

Tool ZTE Dous:ZTE_Dous.exe - File Shared from Box

I was able to get the phone recognized by the tool however no upgrade or restore option is available yet for the Score M using this method. Will be sending ZTE an email in the am

What are you running on your CPU Win 7/XP? or
Will check back in the am and try to get you set up

i mean the tool ZTE Dous the application fail to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. please see application log or use command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

Had it running here and recognized the phone-that even without USB debugging enabled(screen is still pattern locked out)

hay if you want to bypass the lock screen i will call you and you answer and then press the back button and ur in the phone
