Removing a scuff from Razr screen?

I thought it was a gummy smudge, but it's a scuff about the size of the tip of a pencil eraser.
It's really annoying me.

Any way to get rid of this? Car wax? - works on CDs.

Suggestions are appreciated.

Never tried it, but toothpaste has a very fine grit in it.

Are you sure that it is actually damage to the glass? this glass is almost impossible to scratch.. Try alcohol or some other solvent in case this is a mar..
