Help Email pictures not working

I need some help.

I'm on Verizon, have the Razr Maxx ver 2.3.6, just got it last week.

All my emails are working to all my work and home accounts but when I try to email a picture, the Outbox message comes up that it could not send it.

I downloaded a picture editor app to resize the pics, figuring the 1meg pics shot in 6mp mode are too large, so I shrunk the jpg down to like 60kb and it is still not sending.

I'm on Wi-Fi at work and home and no matter what I try, still not sending.

My previous cell phone was a data phone and I had no issues with the same accounts.

Any help here would be great.

My GMail will not send pics, but my AOL email will. Go figure!

Yes, I deleted my aol account from the cell phone, then re-installed it again and all has been working properly.

My assumption is a software conflict, since the original set up was done on the first day I activated the phone, where I set everything up, one after another, something must have glitched in config files.
