White or Grey?

... We tested the white version of the phone; it looks absolutely fantastic, but I'm a little worried about staining. The case had a tendency to show and retain dirt very easily. In carrying it around for a day in the back pocket of my jeans, I found that a good deal of blue dye actually transferred to the case from the pants. I couldn't rub it off, though I was able to remove it with a damp cloth ...

I'll get the "Glamour Gray" :)

I just got the white one. After having a white iPhone, I just couldn't go back to black. Figured I'd probably end up putting a case on it anyway so that should help stop staining.
 
Just look at the white. How could you NOT want it? :)

I had a look at both the white and the grey version. I must saw the white edge on the One looks great. It was a close call between the two phones. In the end I did opt out for the gray.
 
White looks the best but I was worried about it showing the dirt so I went for Grey and I'm pretty happy with it :)
 
white all the way, always had a dark coloured phone and wanted a change.

Plus to me the white looks nicer.

Paired mine with a red slip case which goes nicely.
 
I wanted the white to be honest, but they only had the dark one in stock, I wasn't about to say no! So its black/grey for me! Still looks well smart I have to say. Bit slippery though.
 
i wanted a white one but once i saw one that had only been out the box for an hour and how dirty it was already i went for grey :)

Hi, my.first post on the forum, although I have been reading since I got my desire hd in Jan 2011. I had 9 months left on contract, upgrade available Nov 2012.

Just could not resist, got One X in grey yesterday, thought white would be hard to keep clean
 
I went for the Grey.

My wife recently bought an Experia Arch S in white. She uses different coloured slim snap-on cases for it depending on what colour nail varnish she has on....

Must be a girl thing :cool:

Must admint it looks quite cool with the purple case on.... ooops! did I just say that ? :rolleyes:

Still prefer the grey though.
 
Pick up the white:cool:. I had a desire HD before, got fed up off looking at the grayish colour. Had it just over almost two weeks now, still clean, even though my 10 month old can't keep his hands off it.
 
Got a white one, it's the white that distinguishes the One X from other HTC or Android phones... Been using it for 2 weeks now, and have not noticed any staining on the back as of now. So quite satisfied with the build of the phone, I wear gray and black jeans so no blue staining for me :p
 
Not too bothered but I voted for white because it looks different and it might keep the phone cooler when exposed to sunlight, like when used for satnav in the car.

Grey for me. First of all I can only get the grey through Orange, but I asked to look at a white one in a branch of Carphone Warehouse and when they took one out of its box the back was covered in black marks. I imagine that after reading the papers on a Sunday morning and having a quick mess with the phone it would be in a state, so the grey was my colour of choice.
