Any come from a bionic?

I have a bionic and love it so far. But my wife is due for an upgrade and said I can take the upgrade if I want.

So I was thinking to give her my bionic and I would get a razor maxx.

I did root and load new roms on my bionic, so I definitely want to do that on then maxx.

Is it a good move to the maxx from the bionic?

Any thoughts would be great.

Thanks

I did, and I feel much more comfortable with the MAXX. There were annoyances on the Bionic that are not there with the MAXX. Example: In the car the Bionic will not display in anything other than Landscape when in the dock. But the MAXX will change orientation while in the dock, when I reorient the phone.

The phone just seems much more polished than the Bionic, and I think that this is Motorola's flagship phone, so they are going to try to keep us happy for the time being. Plus, the battery life is much better than the Bionic.

Overall I'm glad I switched phones, but I'm sorry that I popped for the Bionic and didn't wait a little longer for the MAXX...

Yes I too came from a Bionic to the Razr Maxx. I loved my Bionic, but I like the size of this phone with extended battery as compared to the heavy bionic with extended battery. Also the screen is so much better. I wanted to 1 up that the Razr Maxx is not only Motorolas flagship phone, but it's Verizons!

How did you upgrade so early?

Umm...

I knew he was thinking about upgrading through his wife's account. I was asking zoxxo and potterdood.

That's where the quote button comes in handy in order to direct a question/answer that could easily be directed to the OP. ;)

And chances are they upgraded another line or purchased/traded for the MAXX outside of an upgrade. I have a different phone every couple of months, if not more often. Lot's of people switch around like that without doing any upgrades to get newer phones.

I have two phones on my account. I upgraded to the Bionic on the second line, and then two months later I used an early upgrade option on my main line and upgraded to the MAXX. I had to pay an extra $20 for the early upgrade, but I think it was worth it...

I made that switch, and I love the Maxx 100x more. The Bionic was pretty good, but the Razr is so much faster and more polished.
