***Official HTC Incredible Thread***

I'm waiting for Verizon to announce this under a different name and us see the reemergence of newsradio to say "there is no HTC Incredible SEE!!!" lol :p

2 days ago HTC replied to me and there were NO delays in any launches and they didn't really seem concerned about the lawsuit.

Now take that for what it is worth and they wouldn't tell me if they were concerned, but the e-mail was re-assuring and they said they would let their customers knows pretty much ASAP with news about the lawsuit.

I certainly would not tell my customers anything that would make them reconsider their interest in my products. I would do everything possible to reassure them that everything was just peachy.
 
I have a Dare too waiting for N1 or Incredible....I remember when the dare leaks were coming out on howardforums..i was like WHOOOAAA now not so much hahaha can't wait for these two phones to come out already.

Perhaps NKT can confirm if the name "Incredible" is referenced anywhere on the sample he has?

I know, hence why I wrote, "they wouldn't tell me if they were concerned" :cool:

It was re-assuring because they didn't say something like,' No comment on the lawsuits at this time." They at least awknowledged the lawsuits, were dealing with them, and had nothing to report and planned NO delays". Was enough to please me.

Anyone notice the 12 megapixel camera support?
Can cameras be software upgraded from 8mp to 12mp, like the 720p recording might be added later?

And, no doubt, all the Verizon customization we saw in the specs (VZW Sense UI, etc.) has probably been optimized for a 768MHz processor. I'm not an electrical engineer, but I'd bet most people would not be able to notice much of a difference in terms of speed between Incredible and Desire running next to each other. This phone is going to rock.

NKT, I'm sorry if you said it elsewhere, but how did the Incredible run compared to the N1?
 
And I was gonna take a break today and actually put in a good days work after my complete major mental breakdown against Rosend yesterday....Thank goodness I'm an addict for the INCREDIBLE!....

Im glad im not the only one who is stuck with a Dare with the screen always freezing up on me and what not im so tired of this come on bad ass android phones come to me!!!! im ready for my long overdue upgrade!!!!
 
Wow. This is just amazing. You came through big time NKT! I have only one question. Was the verizon branding on the front of the unit you saw? I'll feel better about the time to launch if that's the case. Thanks again man. You have been this forum's defibrillator!

It was pointed out, that if you blow up the picture that shows the back cover off the phone, you can see the Verizon logo on the bottom right of the back cover.
