@yeahha about TWRP, last I had heard they weren't working on it anymore, but I haven't looked back into it in a while. One of the devs at AC managed to get the touchscreen to function in a custom CWM recovery. I'm just jazzed that there's so much development going on for an entry level device like mine.

thanks. i also learned last week that if i've been working continuously for 3 months (in my current part time status), i will get re-evaluated to see if i remain as such. as in....possibility of benefits getting reinstated.

Ah...I like it better than CWM but it is at available for the gnex last I checked. We do have a full touch CWM that works well tho

I think they are working on TWRP 2 for some devices. So they stopped all development for anything that wasn't focused on that. I could be mistaken. I do know they stopped working on TWRP for the Kindle Fire, and I thought that was why.

I'm just used to CWM. That seems like what the standard will be for my new phone as well so I'm okay with that. On the KF you can choose either, but the one ones currently being worked on are versions of CWM.
 
I really want to mop my store but it looks like it's going to rain.
Of course this also allows me to give an excuse to be lazy.

Mondays. They never get any easier.
