Help google play requires wifi?

So I just bought the Droid rZr maxx and I cant download off the google play because it is requiring a wifi connection. My phone is not rooted. How do i make it run off 4g?

Is it simply updating, or downloading?
You can go into the Play Store settings and make sure the box for "Update only on Wifi" is not checked too.

+1 on dreadnatty's response. Mine did that at first, I changed either settings for Google play or phones data settings, I don't remember which.

Unfortunately i thought that so i went to the settings and its not checked. Any app i try to download comes up with a notification saying requires wifi connection. I tried switching to 3g but did the same thing. The app i was trying to dl was adobe pdf reader thats 3mb :/

Edit: just found it in phones settings lol. "Conserve data"

Glad you found it out! A lot of these phones have strange settings I'm not at all familiar with. Hopefully Moto will rid a lot of them once you're on ICS.
