Root i miss my Mesmerize

I was due for a new phone and my Mesmerize stopped vibrating so I went for the Avaitor. My Avaitor is A LOT slower then my Mesmerize was, waiting for screens to change, waiting for contacts to load, waiting for web pages to load is a joke. I sit in the same area in my house or garage as I always did but often I have NO internet connection. The worse part is missed calls!
I cant count how many times my phone alerts me to a missed call or a voice mail when it never rang!
