Root [MOD] Data Governor Remover!

hmmmm...did you try wiping your cache and dalvik cache again after it boots up from flashing the mod like divagirl did? that seems to fix it.

Yeah. Followed an odd gut feeling i had, flashed the one for Black Plague, and now phone works perfectly even the settings -> mobile network works.... but im using #2 rom. O.o
 
That's weird lol...it won't hurt anything to do that so no worries. But it's weird that the black plague one worked better. I would flash the #2 one back over the plague one and see if that fixes it. But either way it won't hurt your phone. You will just have any mods on your phone that PG made to the services.jar instead of the ones that ldrifta made to his lol. But that's not a big deal. Technically any of these mods will work on any ZVD ROM. I just didn't want to over ride any hard work that the devs put into the services.jar so I make them from the actual file straight from the ROM I'm making it for. I'm a nice guy what can I say ;)

Then you're doing it wrong :) it's the best thing I've ever put on my phone.
Did you go into it and configure the settings?
What I use is Disable bootlogo, sensor delay at 2 seconds, boost sd card r/w speeds and disable swap file. I also used ROM Toolbox to set my vm heap size to 32megs, it works very well for me.
 
Has anyone tried testing this on the speed test website rather than the app. I'm using puffin browser to go to the website and I'm getting 121.7 mbps of download speed O_o

Yeah all of them should work for LD-LGSTOCK ZVD. EXCEPT...the one for GSE because that isn't ZVD. BUT...If you really want me too I can make one. It doesn't take long.

I went & wiped my dalvik cache also & everything is quicker now:D.
Quick question, should I do a dalvik wipe once in a while, when I do a cache clean also?


You know, this is gonna be a very popular thread. It should be put in the sticky section
 
didnt make my phone laggy, although it seemed like i couldnt hold my 4g for the life of me afterwards. tried everything, restored, wiped everything even factory reset, reflashed, then wiped, and it still was dropping my 4g, and fc on mobile networks running 1.8.3

Yes I would recommend a dalvik wipe when you clear cache ;)

Someone earlier said they flashed the black plague one and it fixed that on the same ROM. You should go up a few posts and read it
