For the past 3 days I have been unable to log in to their website to pay my bill, I get a were sorry but we are experiencing technical issues please call the 800 for service. So I call the 800 number and they told that issue has been fixed and that im wrong (basically)

Yeah they have done that to me too. You're better off paying your bill at the store. I don't trust a prepaid company with any plastic. I pay cash.

Also remember if you make a payment online and it doesn't go through they can't do anything about it at the store.

Here's another important thing to remember. Many Metro stores have a.payment machine outside. If you use this and it keeps your money, the store can't help, you gotta call an 800 number.
