I just wanted to say I have been through a very hardcore and traumatic event in my life recently, and I almost lost myself and was thinking of suicide sadly - and I am not going into any details about it because that doesn't matter and it is private....and...

Simply because... it is faaar behind me now!

Thank God for that!

but I just wanted to share something in case you are going through a challenging time and just in case you are a little lost right now of which way to go!
