Help customizing home page

Is there a way for me to change the generic e-mail icon on my home page to the gmail app so I can access my g-mail quickly? Also looking to replace the stock internet icon on the home page with the Maxthon browser icon...

Well, first you have to download gmail and maxthon from the google play store.
Then press and hold on a blank area of your screen. Add the app you want.

If that isn't what you are trying to do, and just want to replace icons, simply download the icon from anywhere on the internet and save to your Gallery. Click and hold the icon you want to change and then edit it with theone you want.

I might also suggest downloading Nova Launcher. Makes life easier.

Thanks! Just figured it out myself actually after deleting a couple stock apps to clear room for other icons.
