Seido Platinum Case/Holster combo shuts phone off and on

This holster case combo keeps shutting my phone off and on. Has anyone run into this problem and maybe figured out how to stop it from happening? Tried pm'ing the seido member, but haven't heard back. Thanks in advance.

Mine has done it a couple times. If you look inside the latch on the power side it is cut out for the button but might be a little tight. Thinking about taking a Dremel to it and making the cutout bigger.

Sand down rubber some I have seen this case it the clip holds down power button. Sand it down some and your golden

Did you trim down the button itself or the milled out area inside the clasp where they attempted to make room for the button?

I split a small piece of heat srink tubing and gluded a single layer in the inner curve of the spring latch, right beside the recessed area. Seems to hold the latch up enough to not press the button. Have not had the problem since. Don't go too thick, could cause the latch to not grip enough to hold the phone secure.
