Please someone confirm. International vs at&t which one?!

I just got the international version after having the at&t version for a few days. I got it for one main reason. The battery.

I now realize that there is no major difference!

The quad core version is a "tad" bit quicker at launching apps.

But the battery is almost the same

can someone, anyone confirm which one is better!!?

Of course the international > US.

Unless you're running a server? off your S3...LTE is useless. Of course there will be others who say otherwise.

why though? why international. I had both and the battery is the same. Yes the processor is faster but im more worried about the battery lasting me all day. the battery on the at&t one was giving me 10% an hour and so is this one

correct me but international does not come with LTE

get the AT&T you get LTE plus 2 GB RAM! unless you got the korean version thats quad plus 2 gb ram

I have both, the international has no LTE and i feel like its much more fluid and faster. LTE is not really my concern.

my point is, is that if it is the same battery life, why wud i chose the international?

I just need someone with real technical experience to help me choose!!!

Do you want quad-core without LTE or dual-core with LTE? It boils down to that question and only you can answer it. If you live in a LTE area and want to use it, stick with AT&T. If you don't care about LTE or you won't have it in your area in the next year or so, you might want to hang on to the international version.

Thanks for your reply. I live in nyc where lte is lit up, but not everywhere. The only reason keeping me to the international version is the processor speed and the battery. The lte att version dies really fast. Does not last all day at all.

If you are worried about battery stick with the International unit as when/if you do get LTE in your area it will suck power big time.

Well there ya go. Stick with the better battery and slightly better processor, not to mention the lack of carrier bloatware on the international model. :-)

I am in the same boat as you. I have both versions and need to sell one of them. The international Definately launches apps faster but the LTE speeds are awesome on my non international. I find the non international a bit worse on battery life. Really wish I could get LTE and Quad Core! I guess it comes down to,how data will I need LTE for vs how much processing power do I need.

One other factor, I think custom ROMs will be more plentiful for the international version as a large majority of XDA team seems to be international.

Yeah i just sold my at&t version. I need battery much more than i need LTE. I could live without LTE Longer battery is indeed much more important.
