Help Email App in ICS - HTML Signature?

Does anyone that already has ICS know if the stock email app has HTML signature capability? I know that in GB, you couldn't do HTML signatures. I am just hoping that in ICS you can and that Andriod has brought their software up to the 21st century standards regarding email capabilities.
