Newbie to forum with question

An "old guy" Newbie to the forum with a question. I'm considering MetroPCS. I don't need any international add on to any plan as I don't call anyone in any other country... only U.S. But... if someone from Canada calls me... what happens if I do NOT have an international addition to my plan? Does the call go through? Is there any charge to me? Thanks!

No there wouldn't be a charge for that incomming international call-that is my understanding
