Note talking app

What's the best note taking app? I was planning on using my tab for work meetings and things. Too many ipads at work need an android to ruin the party.

I think "best" will be dictated by your requirements. In my case, I need to not only take notes but also sketch sections of schematics that are discussed or drawn on a whiteboard, so for me, Writepad works well.

I have Note Everything on my phone, and I like it. Have not tried it on the Tab yet, so this tip is really best taken with a grain of salt... :)

I use SpringPad and Color Note.
Color Note is my daily driver on my Tab.
It's quick and easy.
SpringPad's new UI seems a bit cumbersome to me.

I like your style :p
Best app is personal preference like Lucky mentioned. I only use mine for quick simple text, nothing else, so ColorNote works best for me. The checklist feature is a nice plus, and it has reminders too.

What do you need to do? If you want a simple note app, check out AK Notepad. It is easy to use and just works. That is my go-to notepad on my Android phone. I have Evernote and Springpad, but both are overly complex for my needs (meeting notes, todos, shoping list, reminders).

Just an FYI, try "Out of Milk" for your shopping lists. You can access the lists from your pc, laptop, tablet, and phone. Plus, you can have contributors (wife/husband?).
