Thinking of buying an int'l gsm i9300. Any known quality issues to look out for?

I'd be buying it in Cambodia just before leaving for the US so I won't be able to return it to the vendor immediately if there are any probs. Google didn't have much to say except availability issues early on for the Pebble Blue. And so far one unit has burned up. :smokingsomb: Other than that am I missing any common issues?

Some of these have been reported on here:

1. Back cover creaked after two weeks without removing it from the body (Otterbox casing solved that one for me)

2. Black spots on dark screen under dark room.

3. Screen lag (minor issue for me)

4. When WCDMA is on for browsing or when playing HD games, phone can get extremely hot.

5. Screen flickers ocassionally (but for a week now, it didn't happen again)

6. Bezel exfoliating; others chipping.

That's why we recommend a bag of uncooked rice if the phone gets wet, rather than drying it in a microwave! :banghead:
