Help AllSharePlay Network Error

Hey there,

I'm connected to my Wifi but when I click Allshareplay, a message pops up saying its unable to display the page because error has occured on the network or server or a page doesn't exist. I have also installed the software onto my PC but the software window doesn't show (like how it does when I saw Youtube videos of them). However, my computer does recognise there is an S3 available.

Can anyone help please?

What is it you are trying to do with Allshare? I use the APP all the time to play videos I make of my kids on the big screen TV but My screen is connected to my network

That might be a little hard to do you need to make sure your PC is setup for network sharing and depending on the version of windows and how your network is setup it will take much more work then just trying to copy the video to your SD card and then try that. But IMHO you will have some problems you will need to convert the format of the your old videos unless it is already MP4 format. I'm not saying it can't be done. It will not be easy
 
Like I said I'm not saying it can't be done. And give this thread a few days somebody will come along with the the right answer. But it's just not easy to do is all I'm saying. you can also use a program called teamviewer to view your PC it's like gotomeeting but viewing you PC on your SGS3 might be hard to do. Try teamviewer it's free and you got nothing to loose install it on your PC and then go to play store and install in on your phone. The only thing you need to change when you install is the question about what you are going to use the program for. Make sure you tell it for personal use leave all the other settings alone and install. Good Luck
 
The speed might be too slow try rebooting your phone and then connecting I have had to do that when I want to connect to my TV to play videos from my phone to TV over WiFi

Ok I got ya I have not seen that error. But I do know that the new allshare APP you setup a username and password did you do that?
 
Not sure what that error is but you can call Samsung on that problem it is a Samsung APP and a Samsung device.
