Official Galaxy S3 Wallpaper Of The Day! Whats Yours?!

Like i said, you don't have to be married to Touchwiz. I'm using Apex launcher and have scrolling wallpaer.

True, I already had planned to load GoLauncher one my device arrived, it's just a shame that Samsung felt the need to force this from their launcher :P

Something like this? If you want the logo higher or lower, let me know. I was just eyeballing it. Can't find a good image of the Samsung logo, but I'll keep looking.

Awesome my TN friend..can't thank you enough. The next FedEx guy I see I will give them a big hug !! Ok...maybe the FedEx girl I see. :knuddel:

Hey whatever floats your boat. Did you see I edited the other posting. I found a good Samsung logo to use.

Sorry didn't mean to creep you out just got a little too excited. Thanks again man they look great.

OK, here's what I've been doing with the SIII. I really like scrollable wallpaper. Coming from the Droid X, I'm just used to it. So I've been running Apex Launcher and WallPaper Switcher and use my list of Droid X wallpapers. Some of the images are taken by me, and OBVIOUSLY some are not. I have WallPaper Switcher set to change every 45 minutes. That way, I never know what my wallpaper will be when I wake up my phone. And I've NEVER noticed a battery drain on my DX or SIII from this app. That's it. Works great!

And it never fails. If I decide to show someone something on my phone, it's ALWAYS Perry the Platypus as my wallpaper. Never a shuttle pic, never a moon pic, Perry! But I live with it cause I like Agent P.

You need to create your own Wallpaperanator.

Here is mine. I am trying to find a vertical version of it or try to find a way to make this vertical in a pic editor program without decreasing its quality.

Right now I have it set as my wallpaper but I had to crop most of it out. So, I just have a small section of it.

Yes, it's not 720 wide but it is 1280 tall. When you go to set it as your wallpaper the phone lets you crop it down to the right size. This way you can chose which part of the pic you actually want. I used one part for my lock screen and another for the home screen.

My father took us to visit the Tellus Museum. I got some shots that seemed to make interesting backgrounds.

Are you SERIOUS!? What kind of sick joke is that!? That's the one thing I've LOVED about my DX :(

It's likely to prevent the 'wallpaper glitch' when using infinite scroll. IIRC, the DX didn't have infinite scroll (meaning you can keep swiping the wallpapers in one direction forever). When you rotate from the far right panel to the far left, it causes a jump in the wallpaper to reflect it and looks odd.

Personally, I would have kept wallpaper scrolling and disabled infinite scroll if I was on the Samsung design team, but eh...I can live with it either way.

got some ff8 wallpapers i made for the GS3 to share..but had to re-do this post because photobucket crunched them down to the WRONG size..thanks photobucket. I'll be back here later to re-edit this again with the images i had.

Here's mine:

I've got it sized so that horses are right between the dock icons and the page indicator. Looks awesome!

My first screen shot!

Am I missing the whole point or is this thread suppose to be for wallpapers that *can be used by others*?

Screen shots of your device need not apply :)

I think that's why a lot of us are posting the original and a screen shot on our device, especially for ones that are cropped down.

I actually like seeing how it looks on others devices and where they've cropped it to.

Umm, yeah, I just posted my screen shot to illustrate how I used the picture. Someone else may just want the sky with the moon, or just the sky itself.

Then how about posting them *together* ;)
