I am currently running midnight rom I love it but im having some minor issues with it.. The dev pulled his rom and said go and try out harmoni rom. I do not know if it has the same bootscreen or not, but I would like to know how to move the bootscreen from midnight's rom to harmoni rom. Thanks in advance!

Using rootexplorer go to "system"-->"customize"--->"resource". Look for a file with "bootanimation.zip" in the name. When you find this move it to your sd card. Now find harmonia's bootanimation and change the ".zip" to ".old" (or just move it to your sdcard). Now move midnight's bootanimation from the sd card back, and rename midnight's bootanimation to match the name of harmonia's bootanimation. Haven't tried with these particular roms but always works for me.

Some names I've seen: Sprint_bootanimation.zip(meanrom), SPC_bootanimation.zip(Stock)

Thank you for the reply! OF: do you know how to fix the mms issues in roms? I tried replacing anything messaging related from harmonia's rom still no luck the rom can recognize the mms just wont download..

Have not tried the MMS fix yet although I know one is floating around out there if you do some searching. Check this thread, 5th post down

Should put you in the right direction. Let me know how the bootanimation goes.
