Help Multitasking on the s3

Multitasking on the s3 seems to be pretty non existent to me unless im doing something wrong.

e.g. i'll be in chrome reading an article and hold the home button to switch to twitter, when I return to chrome the page is reloaded from scratch and i lose my place.

I'd expect it to return to the app in the same state that I left it

also noticed it in the facebook app and more

anything i can do to stop this?

You may want to see if any of your apps have updates, my multitasking works great, i just tried it and switched between every app i had in multitasking and none reloaded, not even ones that had not been used in a while.

Have you got a task manager or task killer app running ?

If I do the same thing you say it works fine - when I return to chrome (or any other browser) the page I was reading is still open.
