(UK) Random connection error in stock email

Not sure if this is only a btinternet problem but since the latest firmware update I am getting random connection errors with the stock email app. It shoss the number of posts but cant download them for some reason. Anyone else in the uk having this problem

Actually since XXBLFB, My exchange account too has been throwing up a similar error when I have data connectivity. Its unexpected. Given your post too, perhaps its a bug.

I have this issue too. Before update my exchange email had this error regularly and also the update your settings message pop3 or imap was fine for personal emails. Then after the update it reduced the frequency of messages in exchange and now I have the same issue as you with impap or pop3. Connection error message every 2 mins and then I cant open an email. 95% of my phone use is email so this is an issue.

I have 2 android phones and a 10 inch and 7 inch andorid tablet and I have to say email doesnt work right on any of them.

If iphone 5 has a big screen and some type of widgets Im jumping ship..
Its just one issue after another.....
