Can I change the font of the lockscreen clock

I don't know, but I'd like to change the font of the plain digital clock widget, too.

You can change the entire system font. You can download an app called Fontomizer in Play. Free. My favorite font is "Ubuntu" and "Arimo Regular Latin". You can also get your familiar font like Tahoma or Verdana there too.

But then I am changing the font EVERYWHERE correct? like in all the menus etc?

Mostly yes. Some app uses it's own font like Flipboard.
