Help bug on direct call feature

Many times when I use the direct call feature (Direct Call will automatically call a contact if their log, contact, or message details are on the screen and you move the handset to your ear) instead of calling who I intended to call, the phone calls someone else in my contacts.
It is usually between the same 2 persons (for example - when I call my wife using direct call, the phone calls my dad).
I checked if I have double numbers in my contacts and all seemed to be fine.
I also had suspiciuos that its my cellular provider fault, but even before I here the bips from the other side of the line I see that the wrong contact was called to.
Have anyone experienced such problem ?
how can it be solved.
 
I see nobody has replied...I haven't had that issue at all. It might be worth it to redo some contacts or just check with your cell provider.
 
In your contacts list is you dad directly above or below your wife? I have noticed something in other apps that I have been using where I select an option from a list and it goes to the option below what I selected. Almost like the touch screen is slightly off? I have only seen it in a couple apps so maybe it just pertains to those apps? Just curious if this is any way related to your issue though. That's why I ask if the contacts are next to each other in your contacts list.

Hey have you found any help with your direct call problem I am also facing the same problem with this feature!!!
