Retro Gaming question, will this adapter work?

I just got my Verizon S3 about a week ago and I ran across this on Amazon Super Nintendo Gtron SNES PC USB Controller Adapter Converter : Toys & Games : Amazon.com
This would allow me to plug my original Super Nintendo controller into this adapter and this adapter in a USB OTG cable and that into the S3. Would this work? Has anyone done it? I know you can buy knock off Nintendo controllers with USB cables already attached although I heard quality of these is iffy at best. I love the idea of being able to use my original SNES controller.

I got my Super Smart Joy to work, which looks exactly like what you linked to, but my RetroUSB adapter works perfectly. I actually prefer the RetroUSB one because it's smaller and seems more durable. I use the Ion GoPad mostly since it's really portable and folds up to the size of a matchbook. It doesn't like to map well in Nesoid and Snesoid, though.

I ordered the Ion GoPad too, since more compact and read enough good reports to try it out. Was $20 and will also use with my TF300.

Will get a second one to keep with my laptop if as good as reports :)

Not liking that mapping issue for Nes and Snes you mentioned.... Did not see that in feedback and Nes would be a big bulk of the use for it......

Yeah I know what you mean. As I mentioned in the other thread, it maps fine in DroidEmu. Only the dpad works in NESoid and SNESoid, but maybe it's an issue with my USB otg adapter. Let me know if you can get it working.
