Root Tab not recognised

Sorry if this has been posted already, can't find it if it has.

I have recently upgraded to Jelly Bean. Since then my Tablet is not recognised by my computer. I have turned usb debugging off. I have tried reinstalling the driver. computer just does not realise my tablet is connected. Advice please.

Try going into settings>storage>tap 3 dots on top right >usb computer connection and make sure MTP is checked
