Help Sense 4

The One V is using Sense 4a which is a stripped down version of Sense 4 of which you could have done the features you listed.

The devs here are working on a rom that will allow full Sense 4.

there is a few on xda depending on if you are primoc or primou.
 
Sense 3.0 was too bloated Imo. The carousel was cool and all, but as far as functionality it didn't add anything.
