Hey all I know that we don't have the option with this phone to move apps to the external sd card, but I just got my 32gb card in today transferred some files but I want to automatically save music that I download and any pics or videos I take directly to the external card. For the life of me I cant' figure out how to do this and its not doing it by default??

In the camera, tap on the cog icon and scroll to the bottom of the menu. Second from bottom is Storage. Change it from Phone to SDCard.

I'm not sure what you mean by music that you download - do you mean by browser?

If you were rooted, you could use the tool "Directory bind" to bind /sdcard/downloads to /extSdCard/Downloads

Ok I figured out the camera I don't know how I missed that earlier. I mean through something like gtunes downloader? And I am rooted

Any way to download music from the Amazon MP3 store to the SD card on this phone ... without "rooting"? Driving me batty!

You could always just download your music & then move by going to Apps, My Files....cumbersome & slow, but gets it done. I think Kies Air app preinstalled helps move music as well.

Can't locate Directory Bind in the Google Play. Any thoughts? I'm rooted. This would be really useful for Google Play Music when it saves music for offline music.

In the gtunes setting you can have the music go to the phone or to your memory card. I noticed last time I had got a few songs it went to the phone..when that happens I just plug it to the computer and move the whole file over to the media section on the card.

Thanks for the Apps/MyFiles tip. Once I copy the Amazon MPs file to the ExtSDCard, how do I direct the Amazon MP3 app to look there for music instead of looking to internal memory? Again, thanks for any and all help!
