It looks like its letting you know that you are being pulled over.

Download air push. Its an icon that cones with an app. Air push will let u know.

I noticed you have the device charging when the pic was taken. Do you have a battery app or something? The icon kind of looks like a battery. Is the icon still there when disconnected from the charger/USB?

I have an app called RAM booster installed... That is some "overlay widget" taht comes as part of the app

Got rid of it....

Maybe out of context... still.... Is such an app needed ?? My phone idles at 550+ MB ram usage...
