Problem with calls

I have had very few issues with my Galaxy S3 but I have had a problem with calls. On a few occasions I can here the caller but they can not here me. This happens on both outgoing and incoming calls.

Anyone else having this problem and been able to sort it out?

Yes. It happened when using the speaker phone, and and my volume was as high as it would go. I selected the volume boost button that appears on the screen and then they could hear me. But annoying to think I'll always have to do that.

I found this advice in another thread from Burner2004 (and I thanked him):

Mine stopped doing that since I switched off this thing:

Phone icon on home screen>Keypad>Menu button>Settings>Call Settings>Additional Settings>Noise Reduction> Not selected.

Also try when answering calls to remember - keep your fingers away from the microphone.
